HT-K219L Series powder packing machine
該機是針對粉末物料實(shí)現自動(dòng)包裝而設計的雙輥筒的包裝機械。采用了先進(jìn)的PLC控制系統，通過(guò)觸摸屏可完成大部分的功能設置。獨有的光電系統，能自動(dòng)跟蹤并鎖定光標位置。封口采用輥筒方式，花紋采用完整、連續的棋盤(pán)紋。還配有方便開(kāi)袋的易撕口切口裝置，實(shí)現了制袋、充填、封口、光電自動(dòng)校準、切斷、計數等自動(dòng)包裝過(guò)程。
This machine is designed to be dual roller type in order to realize automatic packaging powder materials, built-in PLC control system and touch screen to finished most of functions’ setting. Exact photoelectric detecting system can automatically tracking position of cursor. Uses roller sealing method with chessboard pattern and easy tear notch device. All these devices cooperating with each other, realize bag form, fill, seal, calibration, cut, count and etc. functions fully automatic.
